The place was tidy, well laid out and well-appointed rooms. The hotel staff was exceptionally attentive and excellent. Booked a room with free breakfast. I had a marvellous breakfast by the worst waitress. The setting was incredible, close enough to the night life, several good bars/restaurants/clubs, and a restaurant that did n't have Direct TV. Had brunch in the Empress Tavern, located nearby.

I did not want to leave, had a really nice experience and will certainly stay here again. The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a very friendly area, just next door to the capitol building and the Grange, the venue's restaurant. The breakfast was great and offered plenty of options. The room was beautifully decorated, immaculate and with a dresser. The location was great and magnificent for walking around a standing museum. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel. The service was first-rate, totally satisfied.
